My passion has always been teaching, which has brought me into the world of product implementation and customer success. My investment in their professional development has hallmarked my leadership of CS teams.  

I have developed a library of professional learning seminars to grow the skills of my CS Teams in  fun and engaging ways.  Embedded within a system of ongoing, job-embedded feedback, this system has gotten great results.
